Video monitoring allows the end-user offsite access to any site, remote or otherwise via a PC or laptop from any location worldwide. The only requirement is a modem and telephone connection.

Our Objective

Our objective is to configure each project to provide a functional result giving the end-user optimum capacity to expand and operate the system simply and efficiently. WatchGuards goal is to deliver the agreed practical solution and with it the best return on our customer's investment.

Customer Support

Total back up is available and clients may select from a comprehensive range of support services. Preventative maintenance is available under a service agreement tailored to meet the client’s specified application. A do and charge service is also available where labour is charged at the prevailing hourly rate plus mobilisation cost, materials are charged at list price plus a nominal handling fee.

Online Monitoring

To provide further assurance 24-hour "on-line" monitoring and full technical services are available to WatchGuard customers through a computerised security-monitoring base station.

About the Boss:

David O’Connor established WatchGuard and has maintained a personal hands-on approach since the time of inception. He has been a Licensed Security Consultant since licensing requirements commenced in 1984 with eight years prior experience.

Leasing/Rental

WatchGuard client’s can now take advantage of an operating lease (Rental Agreement) covering all products and services offered. The agreement offers the ability to add hardware, peripherals, upgrade, system expansion and maintenance agreements at any time without entering into a new agreement whilst offering full tax benefits.
